Je sice pravda, \u017ee v minulosti je lid\u00e9 neu\u017e\u00edvali, ale v d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b nikdy spole\u010dnost nebyla tak zat\u00ed\u017eena a to jak po str\u00e1nce pracovn\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed tak i psychick\u00e9. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby \u010dlov\u011bk dostate\u010dn\u011b podporovat sv\u016fj apar\u00e1t.  Ka\u017ed\u00fd by si m\u011bl uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee dopl\u0148ky stravy jsou dopl\u0148ky ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b. Pokud tedy nem\u00e1te srovnanou stravu, tak byste rad\u011bji na n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho m\u011bli zapomenout. Nen\u00ed to toti\u017e pro v\u00e1s vhodn\u00e9.
